At Mayhem Strength Gym Equipment, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods we offer, including LTL freight shipments, full truckload shipments, and ground shipping, as well as important information regarding order processing and delivery.


1. Requesting a Shipping Quote

To obtain an accurate shipping quote, please email us at hello@mayhemstrength.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Shipping Address, including zip code
  • Delivery Location Type: Indicate whether the address is business or residential
  • Lift Gate Service: Specify if you require lift gate services for unloading
  • Order Details: List the machine(s) or products you wish to purchase

Note: Lift gate service is recommended if you do not have access to a loading dock or forklift at the delivery location.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request and provide you with a comprehensive shipping quote.


2. Order Processing Time

Upon receipt of your payment, please allow 1-5 business days for us to prepare and properly pack your shipment. This time frame ensures that your equipment is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.


3. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate orders of different sizes and destinations:

a. Ground Shipping

  • Suitable For: Small to medium-sized items that meet standard shipping dimensions and weight limits.
  • Carrier Services: We utilize reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

b. LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight Shipments

  • Suitable For: Large items or orders that exceed ground shipping size and weight limitations but do not require a full truckload.
  • Carrier Services: We partner with reliable freight carriers specializing in LTL shipments.
  • Delivery Time: Usually 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Services Available:
    • Lift Gate Service: For locations without a loading dock or forklift.
    • Appointment Scheduling: Carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery window.
  • Additional Charges: May apply for residential delivery, lift gate service, or limited access locations.

c. Full Truckload Shipments

  • Suitable For: Large orders that can fill an entire truck, often used for commercial or bulk purchases.
  • Carrier Services: Dedicated truck services to minimize handling and transit time.
  • Delivery Time: Transit times vary based on the destination and scheduling.
  • Services Available:
    • Customized Logistics: Tailored shipping solutions to meet specific needs.
    • Direct Delivery: Reduced risk of damage as goods are not transferred between trucks.
  • Additional Charges: Determined based on specific requirements and services requested.

4. Delivery Information

Business vs. Residential Addresses

  • Business Addresses: Typically have lower shipping rates and are equipped to handle larger deliveries.
  • Residential Addresses: May incur additional fees due to accessibility and the need for specialized delivery equipment.

Lift Gate Services

  • Recommended For: Deliveries to locations without a loading dock or forklift.
  • Function: Allows heavy items to be lowered from the truck to ground level safely.
  • Requesting Service: Must be specified when requesting a shipping quote.

Appointment Scheduling

  • LTL and Full Truckload Deliveries: Carriers may reach out to schedule a delivery time.
  • Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Weight and Dimensions: Total weight and size of the packaged order.
  • Destination: Shipping address and accessibility.
  • Shipping Method: Ground, LTL freight, or full truckload.
  • Additional Services: Lift gate, residential delivery, inside delivery, or special handling requests.

All shipping fees and any additional charges will be clearly detailed in your shipping quote.


6. Order Tracking

  • Notification: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
  • Monitoring: Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Assistance: Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment status.

7. Receiving Your Shipment

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Damage Check: Inspect all items for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Noting Damage: If damage is evident, note it on the delivery receipt and notify the driver.
  • Refusal of Damaged Goods: You have the right to refuse delivery if the damage is unacceptable.
  • Concealed Damage: If damage is found after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours to report the issue.

Signing the Delivery Receipt

  • Acceptance: By signing without noting any damage, you acknowledge that the shipment was received in good condition.
  • Liability: Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Communication: If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.
  • Resolution: We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and provide updates.

9. International Shipping

  • Current Service Area: We currently ship within the United States only.

10. Changes to Orders

  • After Shipping: Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched, and additional fees may apply for rerouting.
